Parish Life

If the Eucharist is the heart of a parish, then the parish family is the body that surrounds it.  Christ the King/St. Anthony parish offers a variety of ways for everyone to be part of that body - our communal family.

Faith formation is a vital element of the Catholic life.  As we grow in knowledge and understanding of our faith in Jesus Christ and the Church he gave us, it can lead us to a more intimate relationship with the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, which in turn helps us build our connections among family, friends, neighbors, parish, and community.  Receiving the sacraments is a great way to nourish our souls, strengthen our faith, and also bring members of our church community together.  Faith formation is not something we learn only as children.  Catholics of all ages are constantly growing and finding ways to further their relationship with Christ.  Our parish has many opportunities for faith formation that we encourage you to explore.

Along with Mass and sacraments, our parish offers a number of ministries, which provide an opportunity for our parish family to build relationships with our pastor, each other, and the community outside our Church.  God calls us to use our gifts and talents to glorify him and better the lives of others, and we offer many ways to do just that.  If you have a great voice, consider being a lector or joining one of our talented music groups who lead us in song during Mass.  If you like making a difference in the wider community, check out our social justice activities.  If people are drawn to you, and you enjoy teaching others, perhaps youth ministry or religious education is your calling.  You can learn more about these and many other ways to get involved by visiting our Ministries page.  And, if you have an idea for a new parish ministry, do not hesitate to contact us.

With so many ways to be part of parish life, you'll want to stay informed by checking our weekly bulletin. You can also review the parish calendar for a list of events and Mass schedules.
